Links Got fitness for the holidays- 3 tips to fight the holiday seven I know I’ve been talking a lot about getting in shape for the holiday season, but the holiday seven ( the average amount of weight that’s gained during holiday season) is the real deal. Don’t wait till after the holidays because you think, “What’s the use I’m going to be eating unhealthy anyway”. You know about the holiday seven now. Put a hold on weight gain this holiday season and create some momentum heading into new years resolutions and if fat loss is part of your resolution , you will be way ahead of the game. Just a Reminder: Halloween is tomorrow don’t leave candy around the house buy just enough for trick or treaters . Having candy lying around is a big temptation. Here are three tips (there will be more coming soon) to fight the Holiday Seven 1. Get started- It’s very basic but very important. It will never be the right time
things in life are hardly ever perfect for starting a new routine it’ll either be scheduling , weather, work, stars not lined up, you just have to do it , and before you know it things will have worked out and you’ll be on your way. 2. Set Goals - Have a reasonable picture in mind of how you would like to look in 8 weeks or 12 weeks. Or maybe you have a pant size or dress size you would like to fit in to whatever it is have a clear picture in mind to travel and your path will be clear sailing. 3. Keep a journal- A journal can help you make adjustments to your fitness program whether good or bad. It’s very helpful to look at exactly what you've been doing in black and white and if its not good, it will jump out at you to and motivate you to make positive changes
So here’s three tip’s to get started look out for more tips in coming weeks P.S. Looking for healthy snacks? Premier-Sport-Fitness.Getprograde.com/cravers
