  2. Eat Balanced Meals- You should  have a Protein, Complex Carbohydrate, and Healthy fat in every meal.
  Protein to help build muscle, also just by consuming protein your metabolism is elevated because  energy is needed to digest protein, use lean forms of protein turkey breast, chicken breast, fish. Complex carbs for energy, use whole grains , also don't forget to add vegetables in every meal, Healthy fat for energy, and healthy heart, also increases insulin sensitivity, use olive oil, omega 3 supplements, nuts. 


  3.No such thing as Spot Reducing- Please disregard the late night infommecials selling the latest ab- gadget guaranteed to shred your abs in  6 weeks. It doesn't happen. The body is  genetically pre- dispositioned to burn fat in certain areas of your body, just keep working and your problem areas will be fat free.
  
  Perform full body workouts utilizing free weights, bands, bodyweight, med balls, kettlebells, e.t.c.
