Jay Limas Jay comes to us with an extensive background in rehabilitative training,corporate fitness and general fitness training.Jay has been recognised by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength & Conditioning association. Jay stays very active in sports. He has run four marathons, played minor league football and is currently training for the iron man. Jay is very passionate about every aspect of training whether its strength training, rehabilitative training, olympic lifts, sports performance training, or functional training. Jay has had a huge impact on numerous lives through his work with corporate fitness programs. He has saved companies literally thousands of dollars through proper lifting clinics, boot camps,and abdominal classes. Jay has instituted strategies to help employees stay fit, healthy, and above all stress free. Jay feels that fitness is for everybody whether you are eight years old or eighty years old.With programs designed specifically for you A healthy mind and body is yours guaranteed! Della Cunningham: Della lives her life with a passion for exercise, health, and being fit. Her athletic background encompasses eighteen years of competing in, and coaching gymnastics. Della has been a personal trainer for the last three years and truly loves helping people achieve their fitness goals. Della earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in March of 2006 and is currently pursuing her masters degree. Della is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and Certified personal trainer, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM ) Della like everybody has had her ups and downs and at one point put on thirty pounds before she was a personal trainer. She managed to regain control of her life and lost the weight completely. Della knows what it takes to live a healthy active lifestyle. She has helped numerous clients benefit from her knowledge and passion for health and fitness. Please take the first step and say "I can do it" .
