  Well if you’re like a lot of people  you’re sick of waiting for machine’s ,  fighting the

 

Crowds,  or waiting for the guy who’s on  his cell phone sitting on the equipment you

 

need  at one of the “Chain” Gyms  24 hour, L .A. you know the names   

 

 

 

Here’s a workout  to help burn the fat off those problem areas, even if you’ve tried everything,  and crank the metabolism  permanently.     

 

 

                          Lunges- start with feet shoulder width apart take a step forward with other leg come straight down. You don’t have to go all the way down, and repeat.

 

                

 

 

 

Chair Dips- Place hands on the end of a bench or on the  front of a chair  about shoulder width apart. Have your feet out front forming a bridge. To perform movement  lower your body straight down  and pressing through the heels of your hands bring yourself back up and repeat.

 

 

                     

 

 

Jumping Jacks- Remember Jumping Jacks  - star with feet together jump your feet out to  sides and bring your hands overhead and repeat.

 

 

Superman’s – Lie face on the floor keep your  midsection on ground and outstretch you arms off groung anfd out front like superman and raise your legs off ground as well.

 

 

 

                                                     Sample  Workout

 

 Lunges - 3 sets 8 reps each leg

  Dips    -  3sets  8 reps

Jumping jacks - 3 sets 25 seconds

Supermans   -Hold for 20 seconds

 

Take 25  seconds rest between each exercise rest one minute between each circuit. Start with one circuit work to three circuits.

 

  If you need  to lengthen rest periods go for it.
